Absolute Hot Mercedes SL 63 AMG

If I'm not mistake this is Absolute Hot's first release? I'm a big fan of Mercedes and love to collect anything with the AMG badge! I'm not going to say the model is perfect, the paint is a little iffy in places, fit and finish is a little off. But for a first release the car is executed quite well, especially the finer details, one of which is a first for me in die cast form. First the functional roof is a marvel to play with, how they get it to work is quite amazing. The second item that caught me eye about this car was the under carriage, first time I ever seen a heat shield with such life-like finish (usually nothing or painted), the bronzed exhaust piping and brace arms are quite impressive too. Thumbs up to Absolute Hot on this one, I recommend it to all Mercedes fans. Enjoy then pics!
