Just saw your post!
I was there yesterday. Lot of visitors so it wasn't as enjoyable as expected. I forgot that the ArtCurial auctions took place on Friday.
There were: 4 F40s, 1 288 GTO, at least 2 Miuras etc, colourful vintage 911s. It was just incredible. I think the barn-find take this edition to a whole new level.

Looks like the man has had this car (which I fail to identify) for a very long time.

Very observant Sanchez and quite correct. The gentleman has owned that car a long time. By the way the car is a 1931 LaSalle 340 Cabriolet and was built to fit in between the price range of a Buick and a Cadillac.
