Hello from Sudbury Ontario Canada

Post by groupCin1.43 » Tue Feb 02, 2016 1:22 am

Hello my fellow enthusiasts!

I'm Richard, I've only been at this wonderful hobby for a few years now.

I have a very modest collection of 20 cars, primarily 1:43, mostly hpi racing, but I plan on some serious expansion.

My favourites tend to be the LMP factory works cars, particularly group c.

For some time now I've always wanted to add one 1:18 car to my collection but, it would have to be something special to me so 2 weeks ago I purchased the AutoArt Mazda 787b.

Question: Is this car typical of the detail I can expect in the AutoArt signature series?

Most importantly I wanted to say what a remarkable website this is.

From current news to objective reviews and some the best diecast photography I've ever seen.

I'm not even sure where to begin when it comes to viewing the most impressive collections of so many of the members (insert green with envy emoticon).

Keep up the great work and thanks for providing such a useful resource! :okay:

The 787 is one of their handful of good signature models. It's on par with the Zonda, Nissan R390, Alfa Tipo 33 TT12, Nissan Skyline Silhouette. These models come out once every few years.

That Zonda really is awesome, the Zonda R evolution (black/white) and it's engine bay made it really tough for me to choose my first 1:18. Group C won. lol

Must look into that Alfa Tipo.

Yes, get one for sure. For me personally, it's the best Autoart model ever made. They can still be had for good money. Look at my collection thread if you want detail pics.
