ERTL Dodge Viper Srt10 2004
ERTL Dodge Viper Srt10 2004
The Dodge Viper underwent a major redesign in 2003, courtesy of DaimlerChrysler's Street and Racing Technology group. The new Viper SRT-10, which replaced both the GTS and the RT/10 was heavily restyled with sharp, angled bodywork. The engine's displacement was increased to 505 cu in (8.3 L)[10] which, with other upgrades, increased output to 500 bhp (370 kW) and 525 lb·ft (712 N·m).

It is a decent model, and Vipers are WAY cool. But I would recommend the AUTOart version for a few $$ more. Can be found well under $50. Overall just a much better refined example than ERTL.
Re: ERTL Dodge Viper Srt10 2004
Love pretty much any Viper. I had this version by Maisto & sold it when I got the AA (actually paid less for the AA, through GoMotorBids).
Re: ERTL Dodge Viper Srt10 2004
The Autoart does not have the same engine and Exaust, is this the same year?

Re: ERTL Dodge Viper Srt10 2004
I don't really know the differences btwn the 2 versions...the only reason I know there's both is because Scale18's huge list shows them:

Hope that helps.

Based on the style of the side exhaust my database is wrong, model# is in fact 71704. I can't tell the difference photos are too small.
