REVIEW: 1:18 Bburago Lamborghini Sian (Yellow/Black) quick photographic tour

Post by yellowcamaro » Sun Jan 16, 2022 10:53 am

Hey guys

If you're looking for a proper review of this car, hit this link: https://diecastsociety.com/review-bbura ... an-fkp-37/ My post serves as a quick pictorial highlight of the re-coloured version of the above model.

Bburago managed to pull off a pretty interesting gradient dual-tone colour combo which gives the car a more playful look, which may appeal to some. Plus, some details are actually different from the green example in the above review, so it's not merely a copy, paste & repaint job here.

First difference: Tinted glass vs see through ones on the earlier release

Image
Diffuser with yellow accents! (I painted the exhausts silver). The actual model has them in all black.

Image
No changes in the interior. But hey- I was surprised how much better this interior looks than your typical Bburago - my 488GTB Signature included. No cheap, rough dashboard texture to be seen anywhere. Thumbs up!

You gotta love carbon fibre if you're getting this car. Here are some places you'll see plenty of it:

Image
For a budget model, very good looking carbon fibre.

Image
More carbon fibre!

Image
You can run inside, but you can't hide from carbon fibre!

Image
Carbon fibre lined engine bay

Image
If you look closely, yup more carbon fibre around the headlamps

Okay, moving on from carbon fibre talk.

Image
Sweet attention to detail

Image
Working rear wing

Image
Gold calipers. Tyres don't have the branding printed though. (unlike the green version).

Image
See-through air vent on door

Image
If you look underneath, the entire surface is flat & adorned in carbon fibre trim.

Note that this is not the 'Signature' line from Bburago, but despite that you would never guess. Very pleasing effort from an entry level brand!

Don't mention it! That gradient colour scheme is something. But just checked out Bburago's 2022 catalogue and seems like that black/white Sian is ready to steal the show.
