Nice Subarus! I still need to grab that 22B myself.

Thanks. The Solido 22B is solid (see what I did there? :) ). If you can find the AA, that's the way to go, but for what I paid (under $50 shipped on sale with other models), I'm good.

Great pair of GT3s. Love both of those models, though I do think the 997 rides too high.

I'd prefer the AA 22B, but for the price I'd be happy with the Solido version for sure.

I no longer have the silver GT3s in my picture, actually replaced both of them with the white color, in fact that white 996 GT3 has to be on my top 10 favorite models list. Agree, the 997 version sits too high (so does the RS version). Wish I were skilled enough to modify them. Funnily enough, I think the 996 version sits slightly too low.

totally agree on the RS & do wish I knew how to lower them without drilling. I do think the 996s sit too low, but it looks so much better.

Epic. Wish I got the Autoart 997 rather than the Minichamps (which isn't bad, really), but between the two options, neither of the brands offered a really exciting color option. Come to think of it, all my GT2 models are either white or silver with the exception of the 993 version...

Edit: Wait a second you've got the Minichamps 997 as well I dunno why I thought it was the Autoart one at first.

Love the lineup shots by the way, I'll need to dust off my camera and take some new photos.

Thanks...I love my mini-collections within the collection. :okay:

Confused about your edit. I don't have a single Minichamps 997 in my collection. That silver GT2 RS is indeed by AA. As we discussed earlier this week, I do think it sits a touch high (like the GT3 & RS). I remember the first batch of Minichamps riding high, but thought they fixed it on later runs.

My bad, posted quick when I should be working LOL

I assumed the Minichamps had the realistic license plates like that and Autoarts had the marque plates, but now I'm realizing that the Minichamps version had none at all...

ah...got it. So, I bought this from a buddy of mine (he used to post here occasionally too)...he must have added the German plate, I do remember him doing that on other models. I didn't even realize he did that on this one.

Figured it was something custom since I don't recall AA doing that on 997s, but hey it looks good. I've been wanting to that to some of my models.
