Post Your Latest DIECAST Purchase
Re: Post Your Latest DIECAST Purchase
Have not bought anything since Spring 2017. Bought both for 322 USD including shipping which is decent price for these. Have not seen many of these on forums.

Yeah, I'm really loving this one myself and glad they went with this color scheme since it is my favorite from the S-13!JamesonsViggen wrote:[
Love it, want it. The wheels are 15", they look 16-17" on the model though.
I'm almost feeling as if they did this to attract more buyers since this was the same color S-13 that a popular Initial D character drove in the Anime.

Initial D fans for the win

I also got another package today, Kyosho Samurai 1:18 Subaru WRX STI
These are very rare, got lucky on ebay and snatched it up within 1 hour of the guy putting it for sale haha. It was great since they were located in Canada also so shipping was cheap!
But yeah...this is the most I ever paid for a diecast model
Re: Post Your Latest DIECAST Purchase
You should consider the Sun Star release of the same. Diecast and fully opening.

Re: Post Your Latest DIECAST Purchase
Yeah I saw that one before. Looks very good for the price. However I'm being very specific in what I collect and right now it's mostly only from the Kyosho Samurai lineup. They actually also have this model....but my issue is I don't want to have too many of the cars since I'm trying to reserve my space for future releases since I'm assuming they will do a older version STI, older version Evo, RX-7's, NSX in 1:18 scale instead of 1:12...etc....[KRAFTIG] wrote:You should consider the Sun Star release of the same. So I need to be careful with room since my shelf can only handle so much and I don't see the point of buying a model and keeping it in a box without displaying it.
I used to do that, but after 15 years I decided I don't want to do that anymore haha.
How often do you buy models? You seem to be very active in this threadOLECO MOTORS wrote:Look great! True! When I present it in detail, you will see the details better.Mr.Impreza wrote:Whoa, looks great! The livery reminds me of Super GT
