The XJR-15 is indeed a very interesting car and it took a lifetime for it to be made into a scale model. I have the blue version but I was somehow let down by the quality of this Cult Scale model. The engine is a 1 piece black undetailled part and the overall dimensions are quite off as well. It seems as if it's impossible to make both Jaguar exotics from this era into a good scale model because it's sister the XJ220 doesn't have a good version either (both the Maisto and the Top Marques model have many mistakes). I hope that somebody will make a serious effort for both these models in the near future.

Seems Modelissimo is cancelling and CK is taking orders but holding shipment. Alas CK did not have the orange XJR-15 version Anymore. I’ll buy something else locally instead.

Absolutely agree, only looking to collect the 80’s cars
