but since I am from Kenya and I know the driver personally, I had to have this car! I was there watching the 1993 Safari Rally
funny...my whole family grew in Nairobi. My wife & I went their last June. An amazing trip of a lifetime.
Oh, that's so cool. I am from Nakuru and my wife is from Elodret

IXO Models. They didn't do a great job at all but since I am from Kenya and I know the driver personally, I had to have this car! I was there watching the 1993 Safari Rally
Well, that's the coolest thing ever! Seeing the Kenya rally is on my bucket list, but seeing it in the 90s has to be a wildly different experience than today's modern WRC.
It was something else back in the day when stages were open roads. Majority of my diecast collection is Rally Cars and Safari versions if available

Speaking of Safari.... got this 1/43 1984 Safari Rally Lancia 037 from HPI. Absolutely gorgeous model given it's scale.

1/18 Norev Porsche 911 (992) GT3 RS Weissach in Viola Metallic. Figured my collection could use more purple in it.

Very cool, I love the tribute livery. Looking to get the same model in 1/43 in fact, along with some Hyundais driven by Breen since I only have a Ford Puma he drove.

It's really cool and I was super happy the figures are actually metal. I thought they'd be plastic and very delicate. It cost me a pretty penny but happy I have it in my collection of 1:64 cars.
