Looking for info on late 60's, early 70's kit

Hi All!

I am in the US, and I am looking for info on a diecast model kit I had in the late 60s to early 70s. I believe it was about 1:36 scale; domestic car. The one thing I remember about it is that it had a locking type pin underneath the car that held all the pieces together. I do not believe there were any screws or nuts/bolts. Once that pin was unlocked you could then take the car apart.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
