Help finding model of Porsche GT3 991.2 in Miami blue

Post by Lesleymfan » Mon Sep 26, 2022 11:11 pm

Hello!

I’m honestly not sure if this is the right forum—please point me in the right direction if not—but I am looking for a model of the Porsche GT3 991.2 in Miami blue for my husband’s birthday. It’s his car, and I know it would mean the world to him to have a scale model.

I have been trying to find one that matches his exact and have been coming up empty. Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction or offer some guidance as to how to go about finding/commissioning such a piece?

Thank you in advance!

I believe Minichamps might have completed this. If you want something with better detail and full access to motor and trim bits, look into AUTOart. Good luck!

If you want the exact replica of the car, down to the smallest detail, on a nice leather base with a plaque which will have his name on it, look up @hsg.customworks on Instagram. Expensive but worth it for a truly special gift. May want to put it on a Christmas to-do list.

Minichamps made the 991.2 GT3 in 1/18 scale in Miami Blue, though it may be hard to find as it was limited to 222 produced in that color. Sadly, I can't find any available for sale at the moment.
