DCN MODELS

Hello, hope you are well.
I’m a newbie here, writing because a couple of posts from this website have caught my interest, specifically the ones referring to scale models by a company named DCN. They have created 1:18 scale replicas of cars like the M3 E46 GTR and the Ferrari 250 GTO.
Being someone who respects the copyright laws of manufactures, I can’t help but question if these are officially licensed products? I have noticed that the BMW emblem is present on the GTR but I don’t see any Ferrari logos for example.
If anyone can offer some insight into this dilemma it’d be much appreciated.
