White & black, too (I think those were the other colors)?

Nice one, I love Subarus! I had an STI before (2004 model, so the generation before yours), sold it and regretted it ever since. Thinking of getting a scale model of one to fill that void.
Bonus picture of mine:

Re: Random Model Pic of the Day!
The rough ride of the STI was part of the reason I sold mine, but also it was loud and attracted attention (I bought it because I am a huge rally fan). I drove it to and from work for 2-3 years and getting stuck in traffic was painful to say the least. The WRX is a good alternative, though, yours looks real clean which is rare these days and a good color!
Great models, too! Both are AutoArts? Always wanted to pick those up, along with a 22B STI road car an S3 rally car.

yup...both models are by AA, bought when they were relatively cheap. I missed out on the 22B both times it was released. Definitely a cool looking model.SPhilli911 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 09, 2022 9:32 amThe rough ride of the STI was part of the reason I sold mine, but also it was loud and attracted attention (I bought it because I am a huge rally fan). the WRX is actually my wife's, but I'm in charge of keeping it clean. She absolutely loves it as much as when she got it 16 years ago. Its her daily driver, but still under 90K miles.

Re: Random Model Pic of the Day!
The "16 years ago" part really got me, I still think of that generation as modern.
I missed out on the 22B as well. I don't know why I didn't pull the trigger when it was available for retail price...

yeah, I do too. I think that's a pretty good sign we're old . The original Bugeye is 20 years old this yearSPhilli911 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 09, 2022 3:22 pmThe "16 years ago" part really got me, I still think of that generation as modern.

Awesome collection! Do you also have any of the "GC" generation Imprezas?
