Re: Random Model Pic of the Day!
Thanks, never should have sold it. The next owner did ask if I wanted to buy it back a few years ago, but I spent all my money on model cars.
The plus side is the Fiesta I have now is more fun to drive and no one pays attention to it LOL
Re: Random Model Pic of the Day!
Oh shoot I did. Sorry about that.SPhilli911 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2024 11:29 amThink you posted that on the previous page, but still cool! Really like the Espada, it's such an oddball Lamborghini.
Anyway, I'll edit it to something else. Thanks for the headsup.

The Evo VI is one of the best, looks very good in blue. I am quite fond of the Evo VIII and IX too which we did get here in the US, but those are exceptionally hard to find for sale in non-modified condition.

Group B legends. I've since replaced the Audi with a later version of the S1 E2.
Re: Random Model Pic of the Day!
Ah Group B. The motorsport that most drivers/co-drivers were afraid of but they had the balls to conquer every track and condition to finish each leg with courage. It was also the most exciting and dangerous for everybody as well. Plus the cars, were monsters.SPhilli911 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2024 11:32 amGroup B legends. Re: Random Model Pic of the Day!
Indeed, it was a fascinating but also very tragic era in rallying with very little concern for driver or spectator safety until it was too late. I can appretiate the cars that Group B produced but it did deserve to be banned. Wild to even think there was meant to be an even more powerful category of Group S rally.
