I've always wanted to add this beast to my concept collection but it's rarity and high price always left me lacking. Well I'm not happy to announce it's addition to my collection. The Cadillac Sixteen Concept is a monster 12+ inches longer and riding on 24" wheels The car is a bit crude when compared to today's standards, but Ricko as we know is considered budget level.
