I know......same here. and I'm a huge Porsche fan. Tuners or customizers don't really do it for me. Hennessy is cool but I don't really get excited when they release a new upgrade package like the new Hell cat upgrade. It's like this.....Turbos, Tune and MAYBE engine internal upgrades but not always. Now, the Venom GT and the CTS-VR1200......Now thats some major surgery and thinking.

The word genius is used lightly and more endearing to his craft. Read up on it! I'm not going to get into rebuttal about the modification being counterproductive. I DON'T CARE! If I want a race car or need the speed fix, I will buy the 918! His cars are cool, nothing more and nothing less. A lot of people will agree with me (point in case both RWB models from GTS have sold out), and there are Porsche purists who won't. Again everyone is entitled to their opinion.Lucky13 wrote:Calling this guy a genius is actually comic. He did nothing more than apply what Porsche did to a couple of their cars in the past to customer's cars who were willing to do it.
From purely performance standpoint, his modifications are actually counterproductive. RWB cars look cool, but in a cartoonish way. Its one of these things that most people enjoy looking at, but they would never get done to their cars.
If I was a teenager, would a RWB poster be on my wall? Probably. Given I have the financial freedom to do this to a Porsche and drive it around, would I do it to my car? Definitely not.

I just purchased the Bentley Continental GT V8S. Couldn't pull the trigger on that insane green one. I was hoping they were putting out another color. As soon as I saw CK had the blue, I pounced. Grabbed the black Audi RS5 Cabriolet as well. Can't wait for them to get here.

Saw this floating around the interwebs. Disappointed with the colour choice but better than nothing I guess?

The two on the right are the 993 RWBs, which are due out this month or May.

Interesting! I'm only lukewarm on excitement but I look forward to reading about more details, and in english.

Is the red one another special made for the retailers?
