GT Spirit 1967 Porsche 911S Targa

Post by Gavin » Wed Sep 03, 2014 11:37 am

Another one bought from a fellow collector & another really well done model by GTS. This is the oldest 911 in my collection (though I still hope to get AA's 1964 & 1967 models). Great paint quality in an unusual color & nicely detailed inside & out. Mine is missing the 911S badge on the back, but I don't mind. I have a few of the newer Targas (993, 996 & 997), so now I'm thinking about getting Minichamps mid-80's Targa to fill in the theme (& then hope that somebody does the 964 & 991s as well)

Love this one as well! Very unique colour and unique as well for having the removal roof removed. My model too had the missing 911S logo, if you email OttOmobile they will send you the decal by mail.

I agree...not a color I'd normally choose, but it stands out & suits a '60's car very well. Love the stowed roof & Targa bar as well. Do you think they'll do that even if I wasn't the original owner? Worth a shot, I guess.
