AUTOart released photos of their new pre-production Alfa Romeo 33 TT 12 1000Km Monza Winner 1975 #2 – Pescarolo/Bell car. This upcoming racer (mid Q2 delivery) is already causing controversy, not because of the inaccurate driver’s names as seen above but more so on the new $329 suggested retail. I believe a first for AUTOart in 1:18 scale to date. Even though the model does look exceptional from all angles it will be a hard pill to shallow from even the most seasoned collector. Thank goodness I no longer a collector of fine livery cars, as I’m sure I’d be livid as well. Word to the wise AUTOart, hopefully the driver’s names is the only oversight to date, please get this one just right!
