I've been thinking whether I should stop all 1/18 and move to high-end 1/43 resin is a good move. Something of high quality, and still desirable on the market should I want to sell....

Somehow I feel the latter point still isn't a thing yet.

High-end models don't come cheap, even in 1:43 scale. Think long before the switch!
