Sun Star Mercury Cougar Racing-#42

More vintage Ford Cougar racing from Sun Star. This example is defined as Mercury Cougar Racing-#42 – 2011 Northwoods Shelby Club. Again, 1:18 scale, diecast metal with full access. How many times will they dust off this mould? Does anyone know the exact number of these models to date? I guess sales are there if they keep adding livery and colours to the production line. Shelf date is scheduled for July 2020.

No idea how many they made. I like the 1:1 and have Sunstar's old dark green street model. I like the pre-1969 cars better than the later versions so I may go for this one since the livery, the wheels and the tire lettering are drawing me in.

I do agree, though, that this SunStar mold does have some nice features. Wish they'd put a fuel filler someone on the back, even though the trunk doesn't open.
