Maisto 2014 Catalog

Maisto 2014 Catalog. Please note I only decided to include what I thought was more “diecast” and “collector” related. The official release does include more detail. Enjoy!

Do you foresee anything that might be just like the viper from last year?

Is the Datsun 240Z new?

Also, I'm still wondering why no manufacturer has done the Nissan 370Z in 1:18 scale especially Maisto.

it has been out for a couple years now...I've seen it at Sam's Club for under $15.

Agree with you on the 370Z...especially as Maisto does make it in 1/24.

Maisto is a manufacturer that gets under my skin. They have all the best cars and release them as soon as the real version of them are released, so many cars that no other manufacturers make. However if youre after extreme detail and accuracy, Maisto is not the brand you want, which is why I dont collect them anymore. Decent quality, but i refuse to buy models with inaccurately scaled wheels and large plasticy tires, plastic interiors etc.. but they have so many great releases..

Yeah I know about the 1:24 scale version of the 370Z, I have one in yellow. I was really hoping that Autoart would have done the 370Z's to follow up the 350Z's they made. I had emailed them several years back and their response was that they weren't interested in it.

Perhaps the 350Z wasn't a good seller for them so they decided not to do the 370Z.

You won't see them from AUTOart anytime soon. The 350 was a poor seller, you couldn't give them away... :tut:
