First Photos of TSM Model’s Pre-production 1:8 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing
We’re excited to present exclusive photos of the up-coming 1:8 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing by TSM Model. This beautiful legend is from their MaterCraft Series, which is crafted in resin and feature opening doors, wooden base and clear Perspex dust cover. The Mercedes-Benz Gullwing will be limited to 50 pieces each of Black and Silver colour. All this does come at a price though, the model has a suggested retail of $4799.
About the Gullwing… “Internally numbered W198, the 300 SL Gullwing was introduced in 1954 as a two-seat sports car with distinctive gull-wing doors and later offered as an open roadster. Built by Daimler-Benz AG, the fuel-injected production model was based on the company’s highly successful yet somewhat less powerful carbureted 1952 race car, the Mercedes-Benz 300SL (W194).”
