Classic Model Cars (CMC) is ready to release a couple of gems, if you’re a fan of the brand you most likely already aware. The latest official assortment of photos highlight their exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship on two classics, the 1:18 Auto-Union C-Type – Winner #18, from the Eifel Race in 1936, driven by the “Fog Master”, Bernd Rosemeyer and the 1:18 scale is the Auto-Union C-Type #111, driven by Hans Stuck, during the 13th Schauinsland Hill Climb in August 1937. Both pieces are constructed with more than 1000 hand-mounted parts. Both are limited to 1500 pieces.

I sold Hillclimb plain body version recently. It is the only model I regret selling and once they release #111 in 1:18 scale I most probably get it back.
