Oh no I'm never buying a used car again, especially european. I do like the Golf R but I had enough of hatchbacks for now, and 4WD I might try later on. For now I'm looking forward to RWD. It's got a differential too so should be fun.

All cars have differentials but I understand the GT86 has a limited slip differential so yes with the RWD should be fun :manual:

I like the 86, supposedly great fun too. Kraftig, golfs are the most boring cars in the world. Except MK1 GTI.

Maybe its because in Europe they are so common that you dont notice them. Perfect private detective car, driven by female maths teachers and such. My brother sells them and even he admits they bore him, off the record, lol. Would much rather have a fun car. At the same cost, even.

LOL at this one. Agree Golf and VW in general are quite boring cars unless you go with the sport models. But then you'd better with an Audi as I do. But now even new audi are getting boring. Time to move on...
