how'd you get super glue on it. You can always message TSM and ask for spare parts.

Re: [AOS HSM] - Bburago VW Beetle
I needed to glue the wing to the body.
I have flipped the wing upside-down, ran a string of glue on the base of the strut. This time I had put more than usual, because when I did less the first time, the glue seemed to have not made full contact with the base of the slot.
I should've known the glue would run down the side sooner or later, but I think I got distracted with the idea of applying glue into the slot instead since the wing popped off on its own the first time. Funny story: Liquid tension drew the glue to the side instead of inside the slot. I had laughed for I realized how foolish I was. So now that there's fresh super-glue just sitting on the body, I quickly wiped the surface before it settled. Unfortunately, some remained stuck to the surface and the best I have done so far was reduce it to a smear. It will come off with some high-grit sandpaper and polishing compound (probably).
But long story short, in the process of producing these photos for you, I had foolishly vandalized the model in the making. I hope you are all happy! lol
---------------------
Here's an older model.... a model I bought before I officially began collecting 1:18s, before I even joined here. In fact, I had purchased this model for the sole purpose of modifying it. It's been at least 4 years and nothing has happened still.
So this will be the only photos we'll see of it before I dissect it... whenever I get to it that is.

That is a rare piece. Love the white-walls with the script

Is it? It's set to be dismantled and repainted too.

Looks like nobody likes a Reventon, yet why the MR one is so highly sought after is (partially) beyond me.
