Well it appears that the next generation M3/M4 is upon us. I think it looks great, I just hope it performs as good as it looks. Can't wait to see this in Alpine White with Fox Red in person..but truth be told, it will probably look great in all colours.

Re: BMW M4
This explains my reaction at first sight.
Re: BMW M4
Man this car looks hottt Perfection I can't wait for the model car to be made, hope Paragon does a good job on this model.
Re: BMW M4
Perfection was enhanced by the photochop artist. The colours are not all official and the car was lowered if you read the thread. But I must say that's the way it should the factorysash07 wrote:Man this car looks hottt Perfection I can't wait for the model car to be made, hope Paragon does a good job on this model.

Are you saving for 1:1 otherwise no need to save for 1:18 as will be build by Paragon which will not be more than 70$ like M5
Re: BMW M4
the new 4 coupe is a great place to start...I liked the E92 design a lot, but the new F32 is a lot sleeker.
I'm with Dennis, Alpine white over red...yum!! I do dig all the colors except that dark green (too '90's).

Re: BMW M4
I'll be saving my pennies and eating ramen for the next few years. I want one I can drive.
Re: BMW M4
A cool little animation now that all the specs have been released. Most notable of course is horsepower, coming in at 430hp..up from the E92's 414hp. Torque is rated for over 370ft-lb, more than 100 ft-lb over the predecessor..you can thank the twin turbos for that. Despite its large size, the most incredible number of all is that this power only needs to lug around 3,300lbs. Impressive, given that the E92 was know for being on the hefty side (about 3,500lbs). Weight savings can be attributed to a smaller engine size and a better use of parts and materials, which features a slew of carbon fibre components (and at no additional cost!). Things are looking very good for the next M car..all I need to know now is how much will the price of admission be.

Re: BMW M4
I read the same briefly yesterday... QUITE impressive!
Re: BMW M4
So the official photos of M3/4 are out. M4 is pretty much same as concept car, but M3 is new to see.
Specs: 431PS, 550Nm (405ft lb), 4,1s to 100km/h, less than 1.500kg, manual and DKG clutch option, lots of carbon. Prices from 71.500€ (list price in Germany).
I'm not sure what to expect; mine 1M had similar engine (3.0L R6), similar output at 420PS and 620Nm (457ft lb) torque at same 1.500kg. The car had optional Akrapovic exhaust and moderate mapping to suit those straight pipes. The car was crazy fun, and cost 59.900€ (list price in Germany). So paying 20% more for M4? IDK, I'm not sure about this GT trend...
