Manufacturer KK Scale Models

Post by VermillionRed » Fri Mar 20, 2020 12:57 pm

Do any of the board members know anything about this brand? Are they an affiliate of Kyosho? They presently have several Ferraris in 1/18 scale. Dont know if they have opening parts. The models look to be similar to Mattel Elite or slightly better. They are priced around 70 Euros. Any info would be great.

They are made from die-cast but sealed. Most have sprung suspension and working steering though. Quality is not bad, more or less comparable with Ottomobile, so no interior flocking, solid grills etc. On the models I have the paint is good, but slighty less then most sealed resin (but so is the price)

They have no affiliation with Kyosho. Less detail than Hot Wheels Elite/. They are sealed diecast metal examples. Nice value. They are getting better with each release. I would love to see the latest Ferrari 288 GTO :okay:

Thank You very Much Mr. Administrator. Yes I also like to see the Ferrari 288 GTO. I think they released a yellow one already. It is available at German diecast shops.

They have. Based on what we've seen from the brand, go for it! :okay:

I bought four of them on sale at American Excellence for $180 shipped. At that price, the detail and build quality ratio to Dollar is hard to beat. They are made in batches of 500-1000 and the steering and suspension are welcome from typical resin.

I like the 2 that I have (365GT4 & 365GTC)...not perfect, but they fill holes in my collection nicely & they're somewhat budget friendly.

The GTC4, in particular, is very good.
