replace both hood pins so it looks symmetrical. No one will ever know. There are lots of varieties on ebayATEOTD wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 4:49 pmBBR Ferrari 512 BB LM:
Unfortunately, as you can see in the second photo, it's missing a hood pin, which is nowhere to be found in the box or anywhere else. I'll be keeping the model, but that's kind of annoying.
EDIT: I just noticed it's also missing the shifter.

Also, I am pleased to announce the arrival of a Ferrari model that isn't broken or missing anything:

Re: Post Your Latest DIECAST Purchase
I would start by searching "photoetch hood pins" or "PE hood pins", also known as bonnet latches or dzus fasteners, and any permutation in between. Detail Master, Hobby Design, and a few others make them. Most importantly, get Microscale Kristal Klear for them. It's a strong glue that dries clear and will not damage the paint.

CK modelcars had them in stock some weeks ago for 209 euro IIRC. They have non in stock now, but maybe send them an email to ask if they will receive more?CobraKing27 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 11:03 amScreenshot 2020-11-23 at 8.57.06 AM by Cobra King, on Flickr[KRAFTIG] wrote: ↑Fri Nov 20, 2020 9:52 pmSorry?CobraKing27 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 20, 2020 9:26 pmWhat price is the LCD Huayra?
