ACME: Chevrolet’s 1st Ever Z28 Camaro

ACME is bringing the “First ever Camaro” to scale.  Celebrating the 50th anniversary, the 1:18 #4 1967 Z/28 Chevrolet Camaro will be on sale this coming November.  The Z28 Camaro features Opening hood, doors, and trunk, wired and plumbed 302ci engine, dash tachometer, and more.  There are new parts tooling as well, racing steering wheel and complete race exhaust system.  Model is limited to 996 pieces, suggested retail is $134.95US.

    Looking forward to this release, as the car was originally sold through a dealer (Aero Chevrolet) here in Alexandria, VA. I’ve recently been in touch with the car’s owner . . . great national and local history.
