Amen to that. My Autoart purchases have gone to nil after their shift to plastic. On the bright side, the money not spent on Autoarts has allowed me to buy more CMC models. Hopefully they’re feeling the pinch of enough collectors leaving the brand and we see more diecast releases (even if re-releases) like this!

As most of us know, these are re-releases. This new series should have added chromed wires. Almost the entire Jag production runs came from the factory with chromed wire wheels.
I tried removing the wheels from mine to have them chromed (Chrome Tech), but wheels are not singular pieces. -Still happy that I have the white convertible example.

Is this just a straight forward re-issue or will it have any improvement? I already own a red one but if they fix the overly soft rear suspension and make some detail and finish improvements then I may consider replacing mine.. if not then definitely not.
Good to see Aa is still willing and able to make die-cast models.

I fully agree with Michael D comments. Althoug the wire wheels are nice, these are not perfect. They should be chromed at least, and may be a bit bigger. Also, all E types have black dashboards. It’s a shame Autoart did not pay attention to these details. They make replicas, not toys.
Has there been any word on the coupes being reissued?

Broken tail light on PR pictures. The quality really is not the best. That said, I have two – white and red one from the first release. A must have!
I’lll buy a black one for $ 100.00
