Corvette Racing is preparing their two new Corvette C7.R’s with racing number #3 respectively #4. Before the actual 24-hour race there is always ‘The Roar Before the ROLEX 24 At Daytona’ to be held. This ‘race’ is the very first official outing for the new Corvette C7.R’s. Chevrolet and Corvette Racing surprised everybody in attendance, press and spectators when they rolled out the two new Corvette C7.R in black-and-white Camouflage livery but with actual racing numbers all in place. Wow, with all the later model releases, maybe the name for “Diecast Society” should be changed for “Sealed Resin Society”. With a a small dedicated space for the odd diecast car that comes out once in a while.
