High-quality images of Kyosho’s 1:18 Lancia Stratos HF #6 1975 Tour de Corse were released today. The model is developed in cooperation with the Ignition Model brand, under Kyosho direction. Detail and execution is on par with any Ignition Models to date, but so is the price! The Lancia Stratos is crafted in resin with no opening parts. Shelf date is Q4 2016.

Ugh… Resin… Although I’m happy with my Alitalia diecast Kyosho released years back, I was hoping this was news about a “high end” release.
I know right? I was just moaning about how neither the sunstar nor kyosho are good enough
The Kyosho die cast version (alitalia) is a pretty good model given the price. I have the one with working lights which is excellently done, I am not sure why they would wish to do this in resin given they have the moulds.
