There’s a new 1:18 replica heading are way from Matrix Scale Models, the new Bugatti T101C Exner-Ghia #101506 1966 is found in Blue with tan coloured interior. Each Matrix piece is made of high-quality resin. Though sealed, model sports are nicely appointed interior and sporty wire wheels. No official release is available at time of posting, though we suspect an early Q1 2018 release date.

This looks great–especially the interior. Look at that IP! The louvers also look very nice. The bumper/taillight design is oddly predictive of the XKE Series 3. Looks like Ex took artistic license with the whitewalls. By 1966, whitewalls had become a thin ring on cars in the U.S.
Looks great, but where are all of the other previously announced and shown 1:18 models in their CULT line??
Any time a high-quality 1/43 producer moves into 1/18 it’s pretty exciting. Hard to say why certain previously-announced Cult models haven’t been released yet. Could be those particular cars didn’t generate enough interest, or it could just be the usual slow walk toward production. Will say a bit more about this in this thread on the forum.
I appreciate your answer, but there is more to it. I understand the model industry extremely well. More detailed reply posted in the forum….
